We would all be bankrupt without this man. Could probably sell a bikini to a nun. Oscar handles all of the client acquisition in BLOOT. Whether it's cold calling, taking meetings - nobody is safe. Fastest rapport builder in the world. Word on the street is he once got arrested and the police officer ended up in the cell. Spends his days grooving to house music, soaking up the sun, and being a father to his rottweiler, William.

Two door-to-door salesmen
walk into recruitment.
The two founders met in 2024, both doing door-to-door sales selling internet. Both absolute killers. One was better than the other though - and we're sure you can probably guess which.
The D2D days transitioned into both of them selling AI for another company, before they decided to go out and do it themselves.
They realised that 99.9% of recruitment agencies were spending hours and hours doing the same stuff. Every day. Every week (and that they were cool people to work with).
Fast forward to now and they've been saving recruiter sanity for many months - and will continue to do so for the rest of time.
